At Zomnkart, our top priority is ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, your expectations aren’t met, we’ve set up a simple return process to make things easy for you. This return policy serves as your go-to guide, explaining all the steps and requirements for returning items purchased through our website.

Qualifying for Returns: To be eligible for a return, you need to meet these conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition without any damage.
  • Initiate the return within 20 days from when you received the delivery.
  • Make sure to include the original receipt or proof of purchase when sending back the product.
  • Keep in mind that certain items, like perishables, personalized items, and hygiene products, might not be returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons. Also, items marked as final sale or clearance may not qualify for returns.

 

Returning Items: Here’s how to start the return process:

  • Raise your return request within the return period window i.e. 20 days from the date of delivery, and provide order details, along with the reason for returning the item. Get in touch with us preferably through a written communication i.e. by sending an email to Zomnkart’s customer support email id.
  • We will review your return request, and may ask you to provide us some information regarding order like product photographs/unboxing videos/shipment or package picture, which necessarily need to be provided to us to enable us process your request further. Failure to provide asked details in a time-bound manner may lead to cancellation of order return request, and the buyer will not be able to re-submit a fresh return request for the same order id.
  • Once we accept the product return request, the need to pack the product securely along with all the supplied accessories, packaging containers (bags & boxes), tags, papers etc., ship the product back to our address.
  • Clearly label the package with order id as well as shipper’s details like name, contact number, address etc.
  • Remember, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs, and Zomnkart will not reimburse any amount (either monetary/non-monetary), incurred in return shipping of the product.
  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we’ll proceed with either a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. If you opt for a replacement or exchange, you’ll need to incur the costs involved in re-shipment of package to your shipping address.
  • All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. For instance, if you used a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same credit card.

 

Refunds and Exchanges: For eligible returns, you have two options:

  • Refund: Once we approve your return and receive the item at our warehouse, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account statement.
  • Exchange: If you prefer exchanging for a different size, color, or variant, we’ll arrange for a replacement shipment. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, aren’t refundable, and refunds may be subject to deductions for any discounts, promotions, or coupons used during the original purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer support team right away. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on what’s best at Zomnkart’s discretion.

REFUND POLICY

 

At Zomnkart, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. If you ever feel let down, don’t worry. We’ve made our return policy super easy for you. This policy is like your trusty guide, explaining everything you need to know about returning stuff you bought from our website.

 

Who Can Return Stuff:

To return something, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:

  • The thing you’re returning should be in its original, unused condition, with no damage.
  • Start the return process within 20 days from when you got your delivery.
  • Don’t forget to return all the supplied accessories, tags, packaging containers (including box, envelope, bag etc.) along with the main Zomnkart packaging materials while returning the order
  • Some stuff, like perishables, personalized items, and hygiene products, can’t be returned because of safety and hygiene reasons. Also, items marked as final sale or clearance can’t be returned.

 

How to Return Stuff: Here’s what you need to do to return something:

  • Get in touch with us during the return period, and tell us why you wish to return the product
  • Share the information (preferably in the forms of image(s), video, document etc.) sought by Zomnkart at the earliest to get your return request approved
  • If return request is approved, pack up the item securely in its original packaging, with all the accessories, tags, packaging materials, documents etc.
  • Ship the return package at Zomnkart’s address, and share the AWB number with us via WhatsApp as well as by emailing to us
  • Once we get the item back and check it’s all good, we’ll either give you a refund or send you a replacement, depending on what you want. If you ask for a replacement, you’ll need to pay for the re-shipping.

All refunds will go back to the same way you paid. For example, if you used a credit card at the time of purchasing product from Zomnkart, then the refund will be processed to the same credit card only.

Getting a Refund or Exchange: If your return qualifies, you can choose:

  • Refund: Once we get your item back and check it’s all good, we’ll start the refund process. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.

Remember, we won’t refund shipping fees if you paid any, and we might take off any discounts or coupons you used when you bought the item.
