Order Processing Time

Upon placing an order with us, our team will initiate processing within 2 business days. During peak seasons, promotional periods, and abnormal situations, processing times may be slightly extended, but rest assured, we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly.


Once the order is processed, it will be dispatched through any of the available third-party shipping company. Just to ascertain that the buyers’ ordered items are delivered timely and safely, we pick the right courier company and ship the products through same. For all the international orders (for destination to United States, Canada, and Australia), the average delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. The order delivery status of shipped items can be tracked through a valid tracking id, which will be updated on website (in order section of buyer login panel).

For providing timely delivery of buyer orders, we rely on third-party international shipment/courier companies. It’s important to note that the estimated delivery time commences after the order has been processed and dispatched from our facility. Delivery times may vary based on buyer’s location (pin code) as well as oversized packages (it may longer for oversized packages to reach overseas shipping address). Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be dropped to your inbox, and the concerned shipment tracking information can be obtained directly from the buyer login panel.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees is not charged to buyers, and for all the international orders ZOMNKART provides absolutely free shipping service to the buyers. However, it is important to note that if a buyer wishes to return a delivered item(s), then he/she has to ship the item back to our address (return ship) at his/her own return shipping cost. Zomnkart does not provide return shipping services to buyers, and the buyer is required to arrange return shipping on own.

Order Tracking

To conveniently track your order, visit our website’s ” Order” section. In case your order appears with the status of shipped, then you will be able to view an Order Tracking number along your in-process order id.
