Good for pattela support. Go for it. Nice material. I will recommend.

It does relieve knee pain, but the stitches near the hard velcro bite into my skin, making it very uncomfortable and painful. I wish they had used softer material which wouldn’t irritate the skin.

It helps amazingly with my ligament problem. Cant imagine walking without it. Performs way better than i hoped.

Physiotherapist said my patella is taking a lot of pressure from my heavy bodybuilding workouts, hence the knee pain from injury to patellar ligament. All these time I thought I had arthritis/meniscus injury/reduced knee joint space and got blood tests for arthritis and tool x-rays. Everything turned out to be fine. Then I used this to support both my knees(Bought two) paired with stretching the quadriceps and hip flexors(whose tightness will pull on the knee and cause knee pain) and voila, the knee pain is gone. Then I went back to leg pressing 300 pounds 6 sets of 15, and the knee pain was back despite the patellar support with tenor band.Doctor said it takes years for ligaments to heal.Hence I ditched leg press and now I am fine.I have been using this tynor band for an year now almost every day to the gym, even on upper body days, as standing with dumbbells and carrying around plates gives strain to your knee, and the tynor bands have been sturdy with no damage to both of it so far.I am a very happy customer. This small band also doubles up as a joint support for all the leg workouts, instead of struggling with knee wraps and knee sleeves.Five star.

Patellae supporter provides uniform pressure and helps provide pain reliefReasonable price, worth purchase,Quality was good.No return Eligible for this product.(The patella is a small bone located in front of the knee joint – where the thighbone (femur) and shinbone (tibia) meet. It protects the knee and connects the muscles in the front of the thigh to the tibia)How we can know patellar tendon tore..?A.) When a patellar tendon tears there is often a tearing or popping sensation. Pain and swelling typically follow, and you may not be able to straighten your knee. Additional symptoms include: An indentation at the bottom of your kneecap where the patellar tendon tore.
